β11am-5PM β Planet eARTh: A Live Multimedia Cloud Performanc by Benjamin Sutin
Inspired by the clouds and the surrounding environment, guest artist Benjamin Sutin will improvise live in response to the sky, creating a dialogue between sound, image, and nature.
The outdoor performances will take place hourly throughout the afternoon, weather permitting. The indoor installation will feature cloud images submitted by participants, paired with music inspired by the images. In case of bad weather, the performances will take place indoors alongside the installation.

βTribe and Vibe Collection is a community-centered organization dedicated to sustainability education and indoor food growing. In partnership with Noo Arts, they are transforming the rustic kitchen into an interactive learning space for indoor gardening.β β

β1 PM β seaweed, dance and music performance: βFor Nowβ by artist Agnes Lin, dancers Amber Xu and Uma Supatra-Campbell, and musician Aristotle Hartzell
βPlease join us on September 19th on the lawn in front of the the Noo Arts House on Governors Island for a seaweed, dance and music performance. Artist Agnes Lin will be exhibiting her seaweed bioplastic sculptures in collaboration with dancers Amber Xu and Uma Supatra-Campbell, and musician Aristotle Hartzell. During the performance Xu and Campbell will dance wearing seaweed bioplastic sculptures made by Lin. The work encapsulates the human relationship to earthβs natural cycles, and connects New Yorkβs coasts to the urban community. The dance will be accompanied by a live guitar composition inspired by the sounds of Rockaway shore, performed by Aristotle Hartzell.

β 2 PM? β Performance by guest artist Sharon Kagan: I Love My Body
Sharon Kagan invites visitors to participate in I Love My Body, a live video performance taking place on the lawn in front of Noo Arts House, 404A Colonels Row, Governors Island. Visitors are invited to look into the camera and repeat the simple phrase, βI love my body,β becoming part of the evolving video work.
The recorded footage will later become a sculptural video installation. The project explores self-image, embodiment, and self-acceptance, transforming a simple act of affirmation into a collective portrait.
Mothership NYC Tarot Show:
Coinciding with our Open House on September 19, we are excited to unveil a new chapter of our ongoing Tarot Exhibition. This presentation features a new selection of works by Mothership NYC, an international artist collective based in Brooklyn.β β
